| Home | Features To record a conference call, press * followed by 3 when you are in the conference In order for us to
record a conference call, you need to have given us your email address
when you created a conference room. The recording will automatically
stop when your call completes or when you press * followed by 3 again.
![]() Conference recordings are forwarded to you as an email message with an attached WAV file. These WAV file are playable on standard Windows PCs, Macs and other computers. They are highly compressed (with tighter compressions than MP3s) so they don't take up much of your valuable space or bandwidth. To invite someone else into the conference, press * followed by 2 when you are in the conference
You will then be
prompted to enter their telephone number. If it a UK landline we will
connect you to that number for a short time, if it's a mobile we will
send them an invitation to join you via SMS.
To mute yourself press 0 at any time. To unmute yourself press 1 at any time. To decrease the volume press 4. To increase the volume press 6. To hear who is in the conference press *, followed by 1. Everyone will be announced as they enter or leave the conference. To create a new room, press 2 from the main menu and follow the prompts. |
