questions Can I control who uses my room? In order to enter
your conference room people need both the room number and PIN. You can
change the PIN as often as you like.
If I give you my email address will you spam me? No! We will only ever
send a confirmation to your email address that you have signed up. We
will never give your email to a third party and we won't send you spam
ourselves.
Can someone from outside the UK join my conference? ![]() Certainly. They just
need to dial +44 870 050 1614 and they can join your conference.
Calls from abroad will normally be charged at the standard rate for calling the UK from the operator you are using. What is the maximum number of people I can have in a conference? We support over one
hundred people in a single conference room. However we do ask that if
you plan to have more than thirty people in your conference you let us
know beforehand so that we can make sure the time doesn't clash with
other large conferences.
We will have exciting new features to support large conferences soon! If I call from a mobile what will it cost me? Your mobile provider
may charge a little more than 8.5p a minute for the call. This is
beyond
our control. We suggest you contact you mobile operator and ask them
for
their charges on calling 0871 numbers.
Do I need any special equipment to use Conference So Easy? No, you can access our
service
using any standard telephone, landline or mobile.
